Like the Gilbert sofa, this Gilbert bed was inspired by the Tetris computer game: simple, geometric blocks that slot into each other, creating exciting shapes. The visible distinction between the various blocks, in this case the two headboards, is a powerful feature. So beautiful, that the bed lends itself as a freestanding element.
